Oh boy, that is a difficult question.
Many companies, businesses and associations use eLearning to get their messages across and to train both their staff and the public. We really have no way of knowing who does this and for what subjects.
Your best bet is to identify the area in which you have interest and conduct a search for that subject online. Training courses in those subjects may or may not be available. Some of these courses may be through a TAFE or another institution and you may need to search through their listings for online courses.
