We are the eLearning Industry Association of Victoria, an Incorporated Association established under the Associations Incorporation Act (1981). We are governed by the Model Rules as established by Consumer Affairs, Victoria.

We are also a registered business with an Australian Business Number 46 291 524 879.

The Association is run by a Committee of Management appointed each year at the Association's Annual General Meeting.

The day to day business of the Association is managed by the Executive Officer.
